THE Workout

There are hundreds of different workouts out there, from DC to GV! Most of them work, to some extent or another. I’ve decided to post a workout that I feel is pretty basic and should work for just about everyone (yes, even you girls too!). The split is simple and works each bodypart with sufficient volume once per week. This routine was largely (no pun intended) inspired by my good friend Dave Palumbo.
This week I’ll out line the split for you and in subsequent weeks I will go into each workout in greater detail.
Here it is:
Day One - Chest and Calves
Day Two - Back and Abs
Day Three - OFF
Day Four - Arms
Day Five - Shoulders and Calves
Day Six - Legs
Day Seven - OFF
