Wide grip pulldowns to the front - 1 warm-up, 1 set x 12, 1 set x 10, 1 set x 8
Wide grip seated rows - 1 set x 10, 2 sets x 8
One arm dumbell rows - 1 set x 10, 1 set x 8
Low Hammer Strength rows - 1 set x 8, 1 set x 6, 1 set x 4, 1 set x 20
Hyperextensions - 2 sets x 15-20
Abs
Crunches - 2 sets x 20
Leg raises - 2 sets x 15-20

Second video came a little late, but at least you can see it. I didn’t put the ab exercises to video - I’m sure these exercises are self-explainatory.
Anyone try playing all the videos at once? You’ll certainly get a brain anurysm.
With back, stretch after the Hammer Strength exercise.
