Seated Front Dumbell Raises - 2 sets x 10

Bent Over Dumbell Raises - 1 set x 10, 1 set x 8

Johnson Shrugs - 1 set x 12, 1 set x 8

Upright Rows - 1 set x 20


Calves

Leg Press Calf Raises
