Squat - 1 warm-up, 1 set x 10, 1 set x 8, 1 set x 4
Leg Press - 2 sets x 10
Leg Extensions - 1 set x 10, 1 set x 8
One Leg Extensions - 1 set x 8 followed by a high rep set using both legs x 20
Lying Leg Curls - 1 warm-up, 2 sets x 10
